A well appointed one bedroom apartment at  Puerto del Carmen, the main resort on the island of Lanzarote. The complex is probably one of the most well established in Puerto del Carmen, it is in a quiet but central position close to the ‘old town’ and the picturesque fishing harbour. The main promenade with its variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is within a few minutes walk. The apartments have a communal swimming pool which is heated in the cooler months.

The apartment is suitable for two persons and consist of a comfortably furnished living room, a bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and a kitchen area. There is a television set with a satellite system, a video recorder and a radio cassette player. It is on the first floor and has a balcony with table and chairs and a sea view.
There is a weekly maid service when the apartment is cleaned and sheets and towels are changed.
The fully equipped kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, a fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. All cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery are of course provided. An hair dryer is also provided. The bathroom has a bath and shower and toilet.
 Should you decide to hire a car, so that you could explore the island properly, there is adequate parking space at the complex.
Changeover day in Lanzarote is Thursday so that the apartment is normally let from Thursday to Thursday.

The cost of the apartment is £185 per week when occupied by one or two persons.
